Right of withdrawal (EU and UK)
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days from the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods. You do not need to give a reason.
To exercise this right, send us a clear statement by email to support@uvmaxco.com before the 14-day period ends. You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory.
Return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us you are cancelling. We refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or of you providing proof of return, whichever is earlier, using the same payment method you used. You only need to cover the direct cost of returning the goods. Items should be unworn, unwashed and with the original tags; you may be liable for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the nature and characteristics of the goods.
Model withdrawal form: "To UV Max, support@uvmaxco.com: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [item(s)], ordered on [date] and received on [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date]."
30-day returns
Beyond the 14-day right of withdrawal, you have 30 days from delivery to return any item. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, swimwear, where applicable, must still have the hygiene liner in place.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty. We refund the full price of the item to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

Email support@uvmaxco.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you instructions.
Exchanges
The fastest way to change size or color is to return your item and place a new order.
Faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible at support@uvmaxco.com with photos. We repair, replace or refund the item at no cost to you. Your legal guarantee rights under EU and UK consumer law are not affected.
UPF protection
The UPF 50+ rating is woven into the fabric and is not affected by normal washing. Fading or damage caused by chlorine, salt or sun cream is not covered as a defect.
