Refund & Return Policy

We want the fit and the cover to be right. If something isn't, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, swimwear must still have the hygiene liner in place.

How to start a return

Email support@uvmax.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, in your local currency.

Exchanges

The fastest way to change size or color is to return your item and place a new order.

Faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

UPF protection

The UPF 50+ rating is woven into the fabric and is not affected by normal washing. Fading or damage caused by chlorine, salt or sun cream is not covered as a defect.
